To help ensure the property remains in excellent condition for all guests, a refundable security deposit of £100 is required before arrival to cover any damage, missing items or breaches of the house rules during your stay. This will be taken as a pre-authorisation (pending hold) on your credit/debit card and is not an actual charge. The hold will be released within 7 seven days after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property. Depending on your card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refunds to become available.
